Il est 6h15, le jour est \u00e0 peine lev\u00e9, le temps est couvert, et une petite brise nous permet de marcher dans une temp\u00e9rature id\u00e9ale.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un passage \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du fort de Bellegarde et du joli petit cimeti\u00e8re de Panissars<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2005\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-caption-text\">Borne fronti\u00e8re<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Le parcours est une alternance de bon chemin dans une jolie for\u00eat de ch\u00eane li\u00e8ge et de pistes foresti\u00e8res tr\u00e8s roulantes, nous progressons vite et avalons les 14 km qui s\u00e9parent le Perthus de Las Illas en \u00e0 peine plus de 3 heures<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2007\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Las Illas<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u00c0 Las Illas nous faisons une petite pause sur la sympathique aire de bivouac du village (seuls quelques moustiques nous g\u00e2chent un peu la f\u00eate), puis nous remplissons nos gourdes au g\u00eete d\u2019\u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>A la sortie du village, nous rencontrons nos premiers patous, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 desquels nous passons en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0: ils sont dans un enclos, en attendant j\u2019imagine de partir en montagne avec leur troupeau.<\/p>\n<p>Le chemin monte ensuite tranquillement dans la class=\"wp-caption-text\">Piste foresti\u00e8re<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 la fronti\u00e8re au col de Lli au milieu de quelques ronces et hautes foug\u00e8res, la for\u00eat se class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ermitage des Salines, c\u00f4t\u00e9 face<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Le jambon et le fromage achet\u00e9s au Perthus se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent totalement raccord avec l\u2019impression que nous a laiss\u00e9 ce village : ils sont presque immangeables !<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le repas et une petite sieste nous attaquons la derni\u00e8re mont\u00e9e de la journ\u00e9e, 500 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 \u00e0 grimper en 2 km \u2026 c\u2019est raide mais magnifique (nous ne nous lassons toujours pas des for\u00eats de h\u00eatres).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2015\" style=\"width: Notre topo et la carte IGN indique \u00ab Roc de Frausa \u00bb (Roc de France), mais les cartes Open Street Map de notre application GPS nomment ce sommet \u00ab Roc del Comptador \u00bb, le \u00ab Roc de Frausa \u00bb \u00e9tant indiqu\u00e9 un peu plus \u00e0 l\u2019Ouest, \u00e0 1421m seulement. Nous d\u00e9cidons de faire la descente ensemble. Quelques minutes plus tard, nous passerons des marques de peintures sur la roche indiquant \u00ab Roc de Frausa, 1417m \u00bb. Il semblerait donc que la carte IGN et le topo sont incorrects, et que notre point culminant du jour \u00e9tait bien de Roc del Comptador.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne nous reste maintenant plus qu\u2019\u00e0 regagner la for\u00eat en contrebas pour entamer les 1350 m\u00e8tres de descente vers Am\u00e9lie les Bains, qui se situe \u00e0 seulement 200 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude. Malgr\u00e9 les chemin assez roulants, il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait peut \u00eatre pas tout \u00e0 fait raisonnable de faire 34 km, 1500 m de D+ et 1600 m de D- en une seule journ\u00e9e &#x1f60a;.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le moment de dire au revoir \u00e0 Corentin, qui va aller dormir au camping situ\u00e9 un peu \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la ville.<\/p>\n<p>De notre c\u00f4t\u00e9, nous allons faire quelques provisions, car nous n&rsquo;aurons pas d&rsquo;autre opportunit\u00e9 de ravitaillement avant Bolqu\u00e8re, dans quatre jours. Le supermarch\u00e9 Vival d\u2019Am\u00e9lie est tout petit mais suffisant pour faire le plein de produits secs (semoule, g\u00e2teaux, barres et fruits \u00e0 coques). Nous trouvons \u00e9galement une boucherie \/ charcuterie o\u00f9 nous achetons une bonne quantit\u00e9 de jambon, saucisson et fromage \u00e0 la coupe dont l\u2019odeur nous enivre d\u00e8s la sortie du magasin\u2026 \u00e7a va nous changer de la nourriture achet\u00e9e au Perthus !<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le ravitaillement termin\u00e9, nous nous installons pour la nuit \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel des Bains et des Gorges, que nous a conseill\u00e9 un randonneur crois\u00e9 sur le forum du site\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Randonner l\u00e9ger\u00a0\u00bb (merci \u00e0 lui\u00a0!), et terminons la journ\u00e9e par un d\u00eener pantagru\u00e9lique \u00e0 la terrasse du restaurant L\u2019Aut\u00e8ntic\u00a0: patatas bravas, burger et dessert, c\u2019est simple mais roboratif et d\u00e9licieux\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mardi 16 juillet Comme pr\u00e9vu nous nous r\u00e9veillons t\u00f4t et quittons le Perthus aux aurores.
