Probablement un r\u00e9sultat du rythme un peu trop intense des derni\u00e8res journ\u00e9es, et de la mont\u00e9e au pas de charge vers la cabane de Tirapits hier apr\u00e8s-midi. Dommage, les ampoules avaient presque disparu, je me serai bien pass\u00e9 d\u2019un probl\u00e8me suppl\u00e9mentaire\u00a0&#x2639;. Mais bon, si la douleur est g\u00eanante elle n\u2019emp\u00eache pas de marcher, et du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du ciel, pas un nuage \u00e0 l\u2019horizon, la journ\u00e9e s\u2019annonce splendide\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Depuis notre lieu de bivouac une centaine de m\u00e8tre de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 suffisent \u00e0 rejoindre le col de la Vaca, point de d\u00e9part pour deux heures de parcours de cr\u00eates, o\u00f9 les cols et sommets s\u2019encha\u00eenent, d\u00e9voilant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de nouvelles cr\u00eates, de nouvelles vall\u00e9es, et quelques lacs.<\/p>\n<div Apr\u00e8s cette entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re tranquille, on enchaine 100 m\u00e8tres de descente assez raide jusqu\u2019au col de Noufonts, puis 200 m\u00e8tres de mont\u00e9e tout aussi raides pour remonter au sommet du m\u00eame nom, orn\u00e9 d\u2019une bo\u00eete aux lettres. Nous y faisons une pause \u00e0 l\u2019abri du vent dans un cercle de cailloux.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2184\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a !\u00a0 Autre indice : les marmottes ne sont pas apprivois\u00e9es, mais on n&rsquo;en est pas loin (pour rappel, mon appareil photo a une focale maximale de 75 mm <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"smilies\" title=\"Choqu\u00c3\u00a9\" src=\"https:\/\/forum.apran.fr\/images\/smilies\/icon_eek.gif\" alt=\":shock:\" width=\"15\" height=\"17\" \/>)<\/p>\n<div \u00e0 Bolqu\u00e8re, strat\u00e9giquement situ\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres de l\u2019Intermarch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La fin de la descente vers Eyne est rude, nous marchons sous un Samuel s&rsquo;ach\u00e8te une nouvelle paire de chaussures de marche tige basse pour remplacer ses vieilles chaussures de trail (il pensait les changer lors du ravitaillement \u00e0 Mounicou, mais au vu de la rapidit\u00e9 de leur usure, il pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ne pas prendre de risques). Au vu de mon \u00e9tat nous d\u00e9cidons de laisser l\u2019ascension du Carlit pour une prochaine fois, et de rejoindre L\u2019hospitalet par le refuge des B\u00e9sines en \u00e9conomisant du d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. Des orages et fortes pluies \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vus pour la nuit et la matin\u00e9e \u00e0 venir, nous pr\u00e9voyons un d\u00e9part en fin de matin\u00e9e et une \u00e9tape courte, ce qui permettra en plus de m\u00e9nager mes tendons.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00eener, nous ne sommes que quatre, et nous \u00e9changeons longuement avec Fabrice et Aur\u00e9lia, des lorrains qui termine une section de GR10 \u00e0 Arles sur Tech le surlendemain.
