Nous quittons Mounicou peu apr\u00e8s 6h, le jour est \u00e0 peine lev\u00e9. Cela sera suffisant pendant presque toute la mont\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En quittant le parking, le sentier commence par suivre tranquillement le torrent de l\u2019Artigue et passe devant une installation EDF. Puis nous bifurquons en direction du port de l\u2019Artigue, qui sera notre point culminant de la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 2481m. La fatigue et la chaleur rendent l\u2019exercice difficile, mais heureusement \u00e0 mi-chemin l\u2019Estany de Romedo de Dalt nous offre une vraie claque visuelle : pas de barrage contrairement \u00e0 son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur, et le lac est entour\u00e9 de montagnes de toutes les couleurs (rouge, verts, blanc) offrant un tableau magnifique. Il va falloir encore redescendre 150 m\u00e8tres et les remonter. Nous perdons un peu de temps \u00e0 essayer de trouver un chemin qui nous \u00e9viterait un peu de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9, chemin qui est mentionn\u00e9 sur notre carte mais que nous ne trouverons finalement pas. Nous nous r\u00e9signons donc \u00e0 avaler ces derniers 150 m\u00e8tres de descente et de mont\u00e9e, et arrivons vers 16h au refuge de Certascan.<\/p>\n<p>Bilan des courses : apr\u00e8s 5 jours de petites \u00e9tapes, cette grosse \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9prouvante, mais le physique a suivi, pas de douleurs \u00e0 signaler.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9gust\u00e9 de d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teaux au refuge, nous nous offrons une baignade rafra\u00eechissante dans le lac de Certascan tout proche, et suivons les indications du personnel du refuge pour nous d\u00e9goter un emplacement de bivouac un peu plus haut. Apr\u00e8s deux nuits en collectivit\u00e9, nous aspirons \u00e0 un peu de solitude&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lundi 29 juillet \ufeff Nous nous levons aux aurores (5h15, \u00e7a pique !) afin de pouvoir faire un maximum des 1500 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au port de l\u2019Artigue \u00e0 la fra\u00eeche. Nous quittons Mounicou peu apr\u00e8s 6h, le jour est \u00e0 peine lev\u00e9. Les 4 premiers kilom\u00e8tres se font sur la route jusqu\u2019au parking de l\u2019Artigue\u00a0: une bonne mise en jambe, il fait frais, la route monte tranquillement et le corps se met en route tout doucement. Compte tenu du poids important de nos sacs suite au ravitaillement de la veille, et des nombreux torrents que nous allons croiser, nous nous limitons \u00e0 un litre d\u2019eau pour deux. Cela sera suffisant pendant presque toute la mont\u00e9e. En quittant le parking, le sentier commence par suivre tranquillement le torrent de l\u2019Artigue et passe devant une installation EDF.
