La nuit pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente a \u00e9t\u00e9 courte, entre des probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents de sommeil perturb\u00e9 et l\u2019excitation du d\u00e9part, je n\u2019ai pas beaucoup dormi. mets sous le duvet (il fait froid, \u00e7a change de la canicule de ces derniers jours), un petit coup de fil \u00e0 la famille et au lit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Samedi 5 Mon Bla Bla Car pour Tignes \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vu pour 14h, il me reste tout le temps pour finir la pr\u00e9paration de mon sac et dire au revoir \u00e0 la famille. Le voyage vers Tignes se passera sans encombre, m\u00eame si les quelques pas que je fais lors d\u2019une pause m\u2019inqui\u00e8tent\u00a0: la douleur \u00e0 l\u2019orteil est toujours pr\u00e9sente, et s\u2019est m\u00eame intensifi\u00e9e.
