Dehors, le temps a chang\u00e9 du tout au tout. Au lieu du vent et de la pluie, un grand ciel bleu, et pas un brin d\u2019air. Mon moral, qui \u00e9tait au plus bas hier soir, remonte en fl\u00e8che. Le chemin s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve tranquillement en suivant le torrent, et je peux observer deux chamois d\u00e9valant la pente \u00e0 toute vitesse sur la rive oppos\u00e9e. Il est d\u2019un bleu magnifique et encore partiellement en neige et glace, que c\u2019est beau&#8230;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3037\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lac d&rsquo;Ambin<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019ici la mont\u00e9e \u00e9tait progressive, mais \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent les choses s\u00e9rieuses commencent : il s\u2019agit de remonter un couloir de blocs.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3038\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-caption-text\">Couloir au-dessus du lac d&rsquo;Ambin<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ce couloir s\u2019av\u00e8re finalement moins p\u00e9nible que pr\u00e9vu : le chemin est parfaitement balis\u00e9 et permet d\u2019\u00e9viter la recherche d\u2019itin\u00e9raire fatigante associ\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 ce type de terrain.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3039\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vue plongeante sur le lac d&rsquo;Ambin<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Arriv\u00e9 au sommet du couloir, le chemin repart \u00e0 l\u2019horizontale pour atteindre le pied du n\u00e9v\u00e9 qui m\u00e8ne au col et au bivouac Walter Blais, dont la couleur rouge se d\u00e9tache sur le ciel bleu.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3040\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a n\u2019avait pas menti, m\u00eame si le n\u00e9v\u00e9 est un peu raide, il n\u2019est pas du tout gel\u00e9 et la mont\u00e9e se fait sans aucun souci.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3042\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vers le col d&rsquo;Ambin<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Arriv\u00e9 au col, je passe un peu de temps avec un groupe de bouquetins qui squattent les lieux : plusieurs femelles et un jeune, pas farouches pour un sou. Je n\u2019ai pas vraiment compris ce qui les retient ici (de nombreux r\u00e9cits de rando font \u00e9tat de leur pr\u00e9sence syst\u00e9matique), mais c\u2019est un bonheur de les puis parsem\u00e9 de gen\u00e9vriers et de rhododendrons. Pas f\u00e2ch\u00e9 d\u2019arriver au refuge, j\u2019y retrouve un randonneur que j\u2019avais crois\u00e9 la veille au soir au refuge d\u2019Ambin, et qui \u00e9tait parti un peu plus class=\"wp-caption-text\">Refuge Levi Molinari<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Pour lui c\u2019est la fin de la journ\u00e9e, mais pour moi ce n\u2019est que la moiti\u00e9, puisque j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rejoindre le refuge Arlaud, ce qui ajoute quatre heures suppl\u00e9mentaires aux quatre qu\u2019il m\u2019a fallu pour arriver ici.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne m\u2019\u00e9tendrai pas sur ces quatre heures peu int\u00e9ressantes (c&rsquo;est un euph\u00e9misme &#8230;.), qui ont consist\u00e9 en :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>deux heures de descente vers Salbertand, dont la moiti\u00e9 sur route goudronn\u00e9e pour vers le refuge Arlaud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par contre le refuge Arlaud m\u00e9rite qu\u2019on s\u2019y attarde\u00a0: situ\u00e9 dans un petit hameau de maisons en pierre, et tenu par la m\u00eame personne depuis 23 ans, c\u2019est un petit coin de paradis. La g\u00e9rante est adorable, le village charmant et\u00a0 les chambres tr\u00e8s confortables, on est plus proche de la chambre d\u2019h\u00f4te que du refuge de montagne (enfin une chambre d\u2019h\u00f4te o\u00f9 on serait 6 par chambre quand m\u00eame\u00a0). Dehors, le temps a chang\u00e9 du tout au tout. Au lieu du vent et de la pluie, un grand ciel bleu, et pas un brin d\u2019air. Mon moral, qui \u00e9tait au plus bas hier soir, remonte en fl\u00e8che. Il me reste une tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re inqui\u00e9tude au sujet du passage du n\u00e9v\u00e9 sous le col d\u2019Ambin, mais la gardienne du refuge a \u00e9t\u00e9 cat\u00e9gorique : \u00e7a passe sans probl\u00e8me. \u00c0 l\u2019heure du d\u00e9part, l\u2019air est tr\u00e8s frais, les herbes et les tables ext\u00e9rieures du refuge sont couvertes de givre. Je me couvre donc un peu plus que d\u2019habitude et entame la remont\u00e9e du vallon d\u2019Ambin.
