Je pr\u00e9vois de partir \u00e0 7h30 pour ne pas risquer de me retrouver face \u00e0 un magasin ferm\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. \u00c0 la fra\u00eeche, j\u2019attaque la mont\u00e9e vers le col Lauson, qui sera mon point culminant de la journ\u00e9e. Heureusement la destination est \u00e9vidente et j\u2019atteins bient\u00f4t le col. Il m\u2019aura fallu 1h45 pour avaler les 730m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9\u2026 je tiens la forme.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3108\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hameau de Grand Puy<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 le charmant hameau de Grand Puy, je longe un enclos derri\u00e8re lequel se repose un petit troupeau de ch\u00e8vre\u2026. Et cinq patous qui se mettent \u00e0 aboyer \u00e0 mon passage.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 960px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2968-1\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/photos-et-compagnie.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/img_5458-video-converter.com_.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/photos-et-compagnie.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/img_5458-video-converter.com_.mp4\">https:\/\/photos-et-compagnie.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/img_5458-video-converter.com_.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Je ne comprends pas trop la raison de leur pr\u00e9sence ici (nous ne sommes pas en altitude, et assez proche de la civilisation), mais je suis content de la pr\u00e9sence de la cl\u00f4ture.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019arrive finalement \u00e0 Pragelato vers 11h45, soit 45 min d\u2019avance sur l\u2019horaire du topo ! Je m\u2019offre une bonne pause pour me ravitailler pour les 3 jours restants, et repartir avec un sac bien lourd.\u00a0 Je m\u2019installe \u00e0 l\u2019ombre sur un banc devant l\u2019office du tourisme pour manger et me reposer.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi sera consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 prendre la direction du col Clapis, que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9vu de franchir demain matin. Pour cela il faut remonter le loooooong vallon du Val Troncea. La topographie est \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9 du matin : 500 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 \u00e0 monter en \u2026. 12km, autant dire un tr\u00e8s long faux plat, qui plus est sur une large piste poussi\u00e9reuse, et avec peu d\u2019ombre et d\u2019air. Je me dis que le point est peut-\u00eatre mal positionn\u00e9, je continue \u00e0 monter et explore les environs en vain, tout est pentu. Je commence \u00e0 stresser un peu car il est 16h30, je suis fatigu\u00e9 et je ne me vois pas faire deux heures de marche de plus pour atteindre l\u2019abri de Clapis sous le col.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est aux alentours de 2400m que je finirai par trouver un coin \u00ab presque \u00bb plat. Mon matelas risque de glisser un peu pendant la nuit, mais \u00e7a fera l\u2019affaire ! La fin de journ\u00e9e est splendide : grand beau, pas de vent, seul au milieu des montagnes \u2026. Je me sens physiquement tr\u00e8s bien, les quatre jours de randonn\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ont fait leur effet. La mont\u00e9e se fait majoritairement en for\u00eat, sur un chemin qui ne semble pas tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9, ce qui se confirme sur les derniers m\u00e8tres une fois la for\u00eat quitt\u00e9e : dans les alpages, le chemin n\u2019est plus qu\u2019une vague sente, que je perds \u00e0 plusieurs reprises. Heureusement la destination est \u00e9vidente et j\u2019atteins bient\u00f4t le col. Il m\u2019aura fallu 1h45 pour avaler les 730m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9\u2026 je tiens la forme.
