{"id":3166,"date":"2026-07-28T14:40:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T14:40:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/photos-et-compagnie.fr\/blog\/?p=3166"},"modified":"2026-08-17T15:28:03","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T15:28:03","slug":"jour-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/photos-et-compagnie.fr\/blog\/2026\/07\/jour-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour 4 &#8211; Larche (parking du Pont Rouge) -> Refuge de Vens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Mardi 28 juillet 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: 0; width: 100%; height: 540px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.visugpx.com\/4kDdAU0jZK?iframe&amp;t=4&amp;otm\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Ce matin nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre la navette de 7h40 \u00e0 Larche pour le vallon du Lauzanier afin de nous \u00e9conomiser 5 kilom\u00e8tres de marche sur le goudron et 200 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9, car l\u2019\u00e9tape du jour est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien copieuse.<\/p>\n<p>Comme c\u2019est notre premi\u00e8re nuit en tente, nous mettons le r\u00e9veil \u00e0 6h pour \u00eatre s\u00fbrs d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019heure. Au final nous mettrons tout juste une heure pour nous pr\u00e9parer, et sommes devant la mairie de Larche avec 20 min d\u2019avance sur l\u2019horaire\u2026. Avance qui ne nous servira \u00e0 rien puisque la navette passera finalement avec 15 min de retard, juste le temps pour de stresser un peu en imaginant le sc\u00e9nario o\u00f9 elle ne passerait pas et o\u00f9 nous devrions marcher 1h30 de plus, et commencer notre \u00ab\u00a0vraie\u00a0\u00bb journ\u00e9e un peu tard \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n<p>La navette nous d\u00e9pose au parking du Pont Rouge, porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e du Parc du Mercantour et du magnifique vallon du Lauzanier, que nous allons remonter jusqu\u2019au fond sur un chemin quasiment plat. Il est encore t\u00f4t, il fait frais, et nous ne sommes d\u00e9rang\u00e9s que par les bruits du torrent et par les nombreux marmottons qui jouent autour du sentier.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3314\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vallon du Lauzanier au petit matin (2\/2)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du fond du vallon, le chemin commence \u00e0 prendre de la hauteur, et nous arrivons vite au magnifique Lac du Lauzanier, o\u00f9 nous faisons une petite pause pour nous rafra\u00eechir et avaler quelques en-cas.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3316\" style=\"width: 2010px\" la journ\u00e9e et point culminant de notre matin\u00e9e. class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pas de la Cavale : vue sur les lacs d&rsquo;Agnel et le vallon de la Cabane<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Nous devrons d\u2019abord descendre 500 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 par un chemin assez raide, qui nous ram\u00e8ne aux prairies alpines. Avant d\u2019attaquer la mont\u00e9e, nous pique-niquons pour reprendre des forces.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le pique-nique, Il va nous falloir remonter les raides prairies du vallon de la cabane pour rejoindre les lacs de Morgon, notre prochaine \u00e9tape. L\u2019absence de sentier ajoute \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9, mais les explications pr\u00e9cises du topo et la trace GPS rendent l\u2019orientation plut\u00f4t facile. Arriv\u00e9s aux lacs \u00a0Morgon, il ne nous reste plus que 250 m\u00e8tres avant d\u2019atteindre le pas de Morgon, notre dernier col de la journ\u00e9e. Nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 ressentir la fatigue, et faisons une longue pause avant de repartir pour la derni\u00e8re grimpette. Nous commen\u00e7ons par parcourir les cr\u00eates faisant office de fronti\u00e8re entre la France et l\u2019Italie, notre sentier se faufile entre les falaises jusqu\u2019au collet de Tortisse, class=\"wp-caption-text\">Arche circulaire<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Arriv\u00e9s au refuge, il est l\u2019heure du go\u00fbter, quelle chance, c\u2019est l\u2019occasion de s\u2019offrir une tarte aux myrtilles et une boisson maison.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous dirigeons ensuite vers la rive du lac, o\u00f9 nous s\u00e9lectionnons un endroit plat pour nous installer. Au final nous mettrons tout juste une heure pour nous pr\u00e9parer, et sommes devant la mairie de Larche avec 20 min d\u2019avance sur l\u2019horaire\u2026. Avance qui ne nous servira \u00e0 rien puisque la navette passera finalement avec 15 min de retard, juste le temps pour de stresser un peu en imaginant le sc\u00e9nario o\u00f9 elle ne passerait pas et o\u00f9 nous devrions marcher 1h30 de plus, et commencer notre \u00ab\u00a0vraie\u00a0\u00bb journ\u00e9e un peu tard \ud83d\ude09 .
