La m\u00e9t\u00e9o ayant pr\u00e9vu des orages dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de partir t\u00f4t et mis le r\u00e9veil \u00e0 6h15. Le temps que je me l\u00e8ve et que je prenne mon petit d\u00e9jeuner, le ciel se d\u00e9gage et promet une belle matin\u00e9e. J\u2019ai \u00e0 peine march\u00e9 une centaine de m\u00e8tres que je croise deux chamois, que je fais d\u00e9taler sur le chemin devant moi. A peine remis de mes \u00e9motions, ce sont deux jeunes qui traversent un peu plus lentement, j\u2019ai le temps de bien les observer. Apr\u00e8s ce joli moment, je me rends au refuge Questa, qui ne me fait absolument pas regretter mon choix de bivouac, bien au contraire. Le refuge Questa est \u00e9galement au bord d\u2019un lac, mais dans une ambiance 100% min\u00e9rale, je ne vois pas trop o\u00f9 il serait possible de planter une tente. De plus il y a du monde, et une odeur de toilette pas tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able flotte dans l\u2019air. Je ne m\u2019attarde pas, le temps de refaire mes r\u00e9serves d\u2019eau et je repars <a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Je commence par suivre un chemin am\u00e9nag\u00e9 (comme ceux des jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, il est probablement l&rsquo;oeuvre des militaires), que je suivrai jusqu\u2019au Lago Soprano di Fremamorta. Ce chemin commence par descendre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, et arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 son point le plus bas, le sc\u00e9nario pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent se reproduit : je vois un chamois adulte traverser le chemin au loin, et dispara\u00eetre rapidement. Mais quelques m\u00e8tres plus loin un jeune est arr\u00eat\u00e9 au milieu du chemin : je suis \u00e0 une vingtaine de m\u00e8tres de lui, il m\u2019observe et ne bouge pas. Il reste un long moment comme \u00e7a, pendant que j\u2019entends un cri au loin que j\u2019imagine \u00eatre celui de l\u2019adulte appelant son petit (mais bon, je ne suis pas expert en cri de chamois \ud83d\ude00 ). Quelle belle rencontre et quelle belle \u00e9motion ! Le sentier n\u2019est pas difficile mais pas tr\u00e8s roulant non plus, il demande un minimum d\u2019attention puisque le sol est pierreux.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3444\" style=\"width: 2010px\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vue arri\u00e8re en montant vers le Colletto del Valasco<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le col, l\u2019ambiance min\u00e9rale est \u00e9gay\u00e9e par quelques lacs (Laghi di Fremamorta), un bivouac m\u00e9tallique rouge (Bivacco Guiglia, je ne ferai pas le d\u00e9tour pour voir \u00e0 quoi il ressemble de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur), et des ruines de b\u00e2timents class=\"wp-caption-text\">Caserne au bord du Lago Soprano di Fremamorta<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Au niveau de ces ruines, les indications du topo sont incoh\u00e9rentes (\u00ab\u00a0<em>descendre \u00e0 gauche au sud\/est<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, alors que la gauche est au nord\/ouest \ud83d\ude44 ), et ma trace GPS semble descendre tout droit dans une pente raide. Prudemment, je me fie au panneau qui indique \u00ab Pian de la Casa del Re \u00bb et m\u2019engage sur un chemin \u00e0 flanc qui me fera rejoindre le fond du vallon. L\u2019ambiance est moins aust\u00e8re, petits arbres et herbes sont de la partie, mais plus on perd de l\u2019altitude et plus le chemin demande de l\u2019attention (descentes un peu raides, passages de pierriers, etc.). Je m\u2019arr\u00eate bri\u00e8vement au refuge Regina Elena pour prendre de l\u2019eau : il est tout petit et ferm\u00e9, probablement un refuge priv\u00e9 appartenant \u00e0 un club alpin ou autre ? Mais il semble que j\u2019aie de la chance \u00ab<em> nous \u00e9tions complets hier, nous sommes complets demain mais aujourd\u2019hui nous avons de la place<\/em> \u00bb \u2026. Ouf ! On m\u2019indique ma chambre, je sors mon duvet et ma doudoune un peu humides et les pose sur mon lit. Je m\u2019offre une part de tarte et une bi\u00e8re, je suis au chaud dans la salle commune (et bruyante \ud83d\ude09 ) du refuge pour r\u00e9diger ce compte rendu.
